Teenagers Riley Hedley, 17, and Mikey Easton, 16, died tragically in a car accident in Morpeth, Northumberland on Sunday at approximately 12:40 am. Despite the best efforts of paramedics, both teenagers were pronounced dead at the scene of the accident on the A196.
The pair’s family and friends have led tributes to the inseparable pals.
Mikey’s dad wrote: “Hardest post ever fly high my beautiful little boy… totally gutted, devastated hope you are at peace my little angel dad and mam love you so much.
“RIP Mikey Easton RIP Riley Hedley taken far too soon… you were never apart and then taken together too soon.”
